E-DESIGN

The E Design process starts with a “discovery call.” At this time, we request photos and dimensions of the space the client would like to work on. A virtual consultation follows, where together with the client we review the goals of the project. Much like we’d do during an in-person consultation, we’ll review our clients’ needs, their desired look and feel for the space, how they’ll be using, what pieces they’d like to keep and what they’d like to replace.

1. CONSULTATION:

JBI is excited to meet you virtually!  Together over video conferencing, we review your space(s), and determine the project scope.  We leave with a sound understanding of your design needs, your budget, and timeline.

2. PROPOSAL:

A detailed project outline is sent to you via email for approval.   Once the signed agreement is returned, and our flat rate design fee (services only) is paid online, JBI commences work on your new home!

3. DEVELOPMENT:

You will be asked to provide detailed measurements and pictures of the rooms we are working on, as well as any inspirational images you have collected.  We will create a detailed design scheme and floor plan for each room based on your specifications.

4. PRESENTATION:

We reconvene virtually to share our complete design concept with you. From furniture plans to materials boards, JBI will articulate how to transform your home into our shared vision.

5. ORDERING:

Ordering links will be provided for you to procure product easily and efficiently, from stores you know and love, as well as unique and artisanal vendors we will introduce you to.
